We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaTalk is not liable for:

NovaTalk’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaTalk, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or losses resulting from your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
NovaTalk may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment gateways or analytics tools.
We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of such third parties.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with applicable agreements.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately, but outstanding payment obligations remain.
